I discovered this place by exploring the neighborhood near where I was staying. You would walk past it during the day without even knowing it was there. It was fantastic. The ice-cream is well made, actually quite high quality. Interesting flavours that work amongst the classics. Good coffee too.
The owner knew every ice-cream shop in Melbourne (some of which I have never been to!!) He was kind enough to take me on a tour of the chocolate lab he setup upstairs. It’s all made from scratch…from bean to beautiful chocolate. I was lucky enough to sample some that was made. Amazing. Sure enough, he was the one who introduced me to Native bar, to who they supply these custom made chocolates.
